About Amy
I grew up in Lubbock, Texas, and graduated from Texas Tech University. I moved to Houston for work in 1996, and I consider it home. I was privileged to have a career as a teacher for 25 years, and some of my former students have become clients. I’ve been working in real estate for 7 years. I am open to all areas of the greater Houston area, and my clients range from Conroe to Galveston. My greatest client focus
is on the west side, with clients who are downsizing or moving to a larger home.
To be a successful real estate agent, I believe in focusing on the community. I am a member of several real estate groups and enjoy spending my time visiting new communities and subdivisions. Networking gives me the opportunity to meet others in the area, stay up-to-date on local activities and understand the unique differences each neighborhood offers. I believe it is important to have great communication with my clients, which is why I make sure to honor each client’s preferred communication style. We keep in touch with calls, texts, emails, video, chats, and social media.
In my spare time I enjoy being with my family. My wife and I got our dog, Sunny, in 2020, and we do everything with him. Our 3 daughters live in Washington, DC, San Antonio, and Houston, so we visit as much as we can. Our first grandson was born in
2021 in the middle of the winter storm, so he will have some stories to tell. We love to travel and look forward to being able to do so again this year.
